About the menu

Pamana is a Filipino culinary gem nestled in the heart of Makati’s Greenbelt Mansion. This restaurant effortlessly brings classic Filipino flavors to the table, with a menu that pays homage to treasured family recipes. Highlights include the Cebu Lechon Belly, celebrated for its crispy skin and juicy meat, and the Chicken Inasal at Talong Salad, a refreshing heirloom dish that balances smoky grilled chicken atop tender eggplant.

Starters like Pampanga’s Sizzling Sisig at Aligue burst with robust flavors, while the Inihaw Na Bicol Express uniquely combines grilled pork with coconut cream and spices, creating a luscious and memorable experience. The menu celebrates Filipino comfort food with an authentic twist—everything from KareKare to Crispy Pata is crafted with care.

The warmth of the staff complements the food, making each visit a welcoming experience. Pamana’s balance of rich, traditional taste and thoughtful presentation makes it a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Filipino cuisine.

from a recent review —
Food was good and reasonably priced. Servings are generous and balanced. Will recommend okoy and pakbet. Table service is okey. Tablewares are nice. Atmosphere is good but can feel crowded if full. Could improve on its exhaust as food smell tends to stick to clothes after meal. Not very pleasant if you’re returning to work for several face to face meetings as you’d be smelling like mix of food.
